Questions
What does Forge actually do?+
Forge checks your website, Google presence, reviews and how easy it is to contact you. It finds where you're losing customers, puts the fixes in order, and — on Growth and Managed — does the fixes it's allowed to do.
Do I have to connect my accounts?+
No. The free scan only uses public info. Connecting things like Google Search Console later makes your score more accurate. Anything not connected is clearly marked "Not connected" — we never guess.
Will Forge change things without asking me?+
Only if you say so. For every task you pick Recommend only, Ask me first, or Do safe fixes automatically. Anything customer-facing or hard to undo asks first by default. Forge can only change your website after you connect it.
Do I need a sales call?+
No. You can start Monitor or Growth on your own in a few minutes. Managed and multi-location businesses can book a call if they want one.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, anytime, from your account. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you paid for. Your free scan and account stay.
