ForgeGrowth helps local businesses find and fix what is holding back their growth. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email and business website.
• Public information about your business, such as your website and public reviews.
• Billing details, handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Data from accounts you choose to connect, such as Google.

Google account data

If you choose "Connect Google", Google asks you to allow read access to Search Console and access to manage your Business Profile. We use available information to show how people find your business and help check your Growth Score. The Google connection does not mean ForgeGrowth is already making changes to your listing; any future changes would require your permission.

ForgeGrowth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general AI models. You can disconnect in your workspace to remove ForgeGrowth's stored access. You can also remove access in your Google Account.

How we use information

To run your workspace, send the emails you expect (like weekly summaries and receipts), answer support questions and keep the service secure. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that help run ForgeGrowth (hosting, email, payments, AI processing), under confidentiality, or when the law requires it.
