Every high-converting landing page shares the same eight elements. Use this checklist before you launch a new page or spend a dollar on ads driving to it.

The 8 elements

  1. One promise in the headline. Name the outcome and the audience. Cut every clever word.
  2. One primary CTA. Same button, same words, repeated 3+ times down the page.
  3. A short-form above the fold. Name, phone, one qualifying question.
  4. Proof block within one scroll. Star rating, review count, and one recognizable client.
  5. Three benefits, not features. "Booked in 24 hours" beats "AI-powered scheduling."
  6. Objection-handling section. Answer the top 3 reasons people don't buy.
  7. Risk reversal. Guarantee, free consultation, no-obligation quote — pick one.
  8. Trust footer. Insurance, licenses, hours, service area, phone.

What to remove

  • Navigation menu. Landing pages shouldn't offer 12 escape routes.
  • Autoplay video with sound.
  • Multi-step slider heroes.
  • Chat widgets that block the CTA on mobile.
  • Anything that isn't earning its space.

Speed & mobile

Landing pages carry your paid traffic. If mobile load time is over 3 seconds, the checklist above doesn't matter — most visitors leave before they see it.
